The short version: this site collects almost nothing, sells nothing, and you can have anything removed by sending one email. Here is the long version, still in plain English.

Vault emails. If you join the Vault mailing list, your email address is stored in this site's own database and with Resend, the service used to send the emails. It is used for release updates and nothing else. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Enquiries. If you use a contact form, the name, email address and message you type are stored in this site's database and forwarded by email so they can be answered. They are not used for marketing.
Comments. If you comment on an article, the name you choose and your comment text are stored so they can be shown on the page after approval. No email address is asked for or stored with comments.
Analytics. This site runs a self-hosted copy of Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, on its own server. It counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. No data goes to Google, Meta or any other third-party tracking network.
No advertising trackers. No selling or sharing of data. No third-party cookies. No profiling. The store checkout is handled by Fourthwall on their own domain under their privacy policy; this site never sees your payment details.
Everything above is stored on a server operated for this site in the EU. Mailing-list addresses also live with Resend, the email provider, for as long as you are subscribed.
Want your email, comment or enquiry deleted? Email hello@kurtisdelight.com and it will be removed. You can also unsubscribe from the Vault at any time using the link in any email.
